our mission

Stop period tracking. Start cycle syncing.

For too long, women have been told to push through, ignore the signals, and treat every day the same. But your body is not the same every day. Your energy, strength, focus, and nutritional needs shift across your cycle in predictable, science-backed ways. Most apps track that cycle. None of them tell you what to do about it.

CYNC exists to change that. We believe every woman deserves a daily plan that works with her body, not against it. One that gives her clear, personalized guidance every morning so she can stop guessing and start syncing.

Our mission is to make cycle-aware living practical, accessible, and actionable for every woman, every day of her cycle.

About cync

Your cycle-aware daily plan.

CYNC is a femtech app that gives women a personalized daily plan matched to their menstrual cycle phase. Every morning, users receive three phase-matched actions across movement, nutrition, and mindfulness, all tailored to where they are in their cycle, their personal fitness goals, their dietary preferences, and their available time and equipment.

Unlike traditional period tracking apps that show you data without telling you what to do with it, CYNC bridges that gap. We combine cycle phase data, wearable integrations from devices like Oura Ring, Apple Watch, and Whoop, and a 20-second daily check-in to deliver specific, actionable recommendations. Not "you are in your luteal phase" but "here is a 20-minute restorative yoga flow, a magnesium-rich dinner recipe, and a 5-minute breathwork session for today."

CYNC also includes an AI-powered chat feature that answers health and wellness questions with full context of the user's cycle, biometrics, and history. Users can browse a phase-organized workout library, meal library, and content hub, and track symptoms, moods, and energy patterns over time to discover insights unique to their body.

CYNC was founded after the team's cycle syncing content reached over 80 million impressions, with thousands of women asking for an app that not only tracked their cycle but gave them a plan to act on it. We conducted in-depth interviews with hundreds of women and met with world-class researchers in women's health to build a product grounded in both lived experience and science.
